How I Can Help With Your Case
Life Care Plans
A comprehensive, individualized plan of the medical care, therapies, medications, equipment and support an injured person is expected to need over their lifetime, with each recommendation documented and costed.
Future Medical Cost Projections
Costing of future care, including care recommended by treating physicians or other retained experts, using transparent, current and geographically appropriate cost sources.
Review and Rebuttal of Opposing Plans
A critical review of an opposing life care plan or cost projection: its medical foundation, methodology, pricing and assumptions, with a clear written analysis you can rely on.
Past Medical Bills and Testimony
Analysis of the reasonableness of past medical charges, medical records review, and deposition and trial testimony to explain the opinions clearly to a judge or jury.
Why a Physician Life Care Planner
Medical Foundation, Clear Methodology
A life care plan is only as strong as the medical opinions beneath it. As a practicing physician and certified life care planner, I bring both to the same report.
- Physician-level medical foundation. Recommendations rest on clinical judgment, the medical records and accepted standards of care.
- Depth in chronic pain and spine. Fellowship training and daily practice in interventional pain medicine, including spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal drug delivery, inform realistic plans for complex pain, spine and neuromodulation cases, including device replacement and maintenance over time.
- Transparent costing. Every figure is tied to a stated source and method, so it can be followed, tested and defended.
- Business and financial training. An MBA and years of practice management experience support careful, well-organized cost analysis.
- Balanced and independent. I am retained by both plaintiff and defense counsel, and my opinions follow the evidence, whoever calls.
